How much does a binqode deployment cost?
Every deployment is quoted individually based on company scale and needs — number of users, ERP integrations, data migration volume. After a 30-min consultation, you get an initial quote within 24 hours. Free, no strings attached.
How long does deployment take?
Typically 1-4 weeks from contract to production. Start package deploys in about 1 week, Business 2-3 weeks, Enterprise 3-4 weeks. You get the full schedule along with the quote.
Are the systems GDPR compliant?
Yes, 100%. All systems comply with GDPR and Polish data protection authority guidelines. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), backups every 4 hours, audit logs, granular roles and permissions, optional 2FA/SSO.
Can I host the system on my own servers?
Yes. By default we host in our cloud (OVHcloud / Hetzner in the EU), but every system can run on-premise — Docker, Kubernetes, dedicated VMs. Full data export available at any time (CSV, JSON, SQL dump).
What ERP integrations are ready?
We have built-in integrations with Comarch ERP (XL, Optima), Subiekt GT/Nexo, Symfonia, SAP, InsERT. Plus Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, MS Teams, and bank APIs (mBank, ING, PKO BP).
What if my ERP is not on the list?
We build custom integrations — REST/SOAP/EDI, webhooks, FTP, SFTP, custom protocols. Give us your ERP documentation or test instance access, and we will scope the integration alongside the rest of the deployment.
