1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at binqode.com. The website is operated by:

2. Definitions
- Website — the website available at binqode.com together with its subpages.
- Operator — binqode, the entity operating the Website.
- User — any person visiting or using the functionality of the Website.
- Form — the contact form, the consultation booking form and the callback widget available on the Website.
- Binqode Systems — software products (CRM, B2B Platform, Intranet, Time Tracking, Production System, Debt Collection) presented on the Website, the delivery of which takes place under a separate agreement concluded outside of the Website.
3. Nature of the website
The Website is informational and marketing in nature only. It is not used to conclude contracts or to make online transactions. Any pricing information, feature descriptions and implementation timelines are indicative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.
4. Terms of use
- Use of the Website is free of charge and does not require account registration.
- The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose, applicable law and good practice.
- Any actions that may disrupt the proper operation of the Website are prohibited, in particular attempts to gain unauthorized access, DDoS attacks, attempts to inject malicious code or automated content scraping for commercial purposes.
- Submitting unlawful, offensive content or content infringing the rights of third parties via the Form is prohibited.
5. Contact forms
The Website provides a contact / consultation booking form and a callback widget. Submitting the Form results in the provided data being delivered to the Operator's email address for the purpose of replying or scheduling a meeting.
Submitting the Form does not create any legal relationship between the User and the Operator beyond handling the inquiry. The principles of processing personal data provided in the Forms are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Technical requirements
Using the Website requires a device with internet access and a current web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled. The Operator is not responsible for issues resulting from the use of outdated software on the User's side.
7. Copyright
All content posted on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, visual layout) is protected by copyright and is the property of the Operator or entities to which the Operator has been granted the right to use them. Copying, modifying or commercially using the content without the written consent of the Operator is prohibited.
8. Liability
The Operator makes every effort to ensure that the Website operates continuously and without errors but does not guarantee constant availability. The Operator is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Website resulting from causes beyond its control (e.g. failures on the hosting provider's side, network attacks, maintenance work).
9. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be submitted electronically to kontakt@binqode.pl. The complaint should include a description of the problem and the contact details of the person submitting it. A response will be provided within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page. Changes take effect upon publication.
11. Final provisions
In matters not covered by these Terms, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services. The court competent to resolve any disputes is the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
