2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when it is voluntarily provided by the user in one of the forms available on the website:

Contact form / consultation booking

  • first and last name,
  • email address,
  • company name (optional),
  • phone number (optional),
  • preferred date and time of the meeting (when booking a consultation),
  • message content.

Callback widget

  • phone number.

Automation audit form

  • full name (optional),
  • email address,
  • company name (optional),
  • survey answers (industry, company size, IT systems used, business process characteristics — no personally-identifying data beyond the above).

Additionally, for security purposes and to protect against abuse (rate-limiting), we temporarily process the IP address of the person submitting the form. The IP address is not stored in the database or linked to any other personal data.

The application server and the web server log standard technical information (IP address, request date and time, path, response code, browser user-agent). These logs are used solely for diagnostic and security purposes and are retained for no longer than 90 days.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • responding to a message sent via the contact form — basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest of the Controller in conducting correspondence with a person interested in the offer);
  • organizing a consultation and contact in this regard — basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract);
  • handling a callback request (callback widget) — basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • ensuring the security of the website and protection against abuse (rate-limiting, server logs) — basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller);
  • fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations (e.g. accounting obligations, if a contract is concluded) — basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Data retention period

We retain data submitted via forms for the period necessary to provide a response and continue commercial correspondence, but no longer than 12 months from the date of the last contact. After this period, the data is permanently deleted, unless longer retention is required by law (e.g. in the event of a contract being concluded — for the period required by tax and accounting regulations).

5. Data recipients

Your data may only be entrusted to entities whose involvement is necessary for the proper functioning of the website and the handling of inquiries:

  • hosting service providers (OVH SAS, France),
  • outgoing email service providers (OVH SAS — SMTP server),
  • authorized state authorities — only on the basis of applicable law.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

6. Data transfer outside the EEA

We process data on servers located within the European Economic Area. We do not transfer data outside the EEA.
